In short: We help with everyday sleep struggles. We're not a medical treatment and we don't replace your doctor.

Release & Dream is based on the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) and was developed by a clinical psychologist. It offers general information and self-help, not a diagnosis or treatment.

Please talk to your doctor if your sleep problems last a long time, if you snore loudly or stop breathing at night, if you're very sleepy during the day, if you're pregnant, or if you have a medical or mental health condition. If you ever feel unsafe or have thoughts of harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line straight away.
